We ensure that all hardware we sell is covered either by vendor warranty or by a third-party warranty, depending on the condition of the hardware as follows:

New Hardware: Comes with vendor warranty and offers the option for extension. This can include several options such as immediate replacement in case of failure or 24/7 Vendor support, depending on the vendor warranty option. You can always extend the hardware warranty by purchasing our warranty package — Athena International Warranty Package.

Refurbished or Used Equipment: Is covered by Athena International hardware warranty. Each type of equipment has different warranty packages, so please consult with your account manager regarding the warranty.
